Cookie Card Holiday Campaign: Pel Hughes received over 330 replies, most coming in the first few days of the mailing. There was a total of a 32% response rate. To accomplish this, gingerbread caricatures of the reps were sent out on holiday cards. On the back of those cards were personalized URLs (PURLs) for each person to go to, confirm their delivery information and customize their cookies! (32% response)

 

Wrapping Paper Holiday Campaign:  The customized wrapping paper featured themes that resonate with the rich New Orleans culture and history. (11% response rate)
